WHAT YOU'LL LEARN.

PHASE ONE

SENSORY RESET.

You’ll learn how to bring a client’s nervous system into stillness before your hands ever touch their skin, using breathwork, aromatherapy and intentional grounding. This phase teaches you how to set the tone for the entire massage so the client drops into that deep, safe, receptive state from the start.

PHASE TWO

TENSION RELEASE.

You’ll be guided through slow, anchored movements across the décolleté, neck and shoulders that melt away stored tension without force. This phase shows you how to establish rhythm and pressure so the client feels supported, not stimulated.

PHASE THREE

SCUPLT AND LIFT

You’ll learn how to work the face in clean sections...chin, cheeks, nose, eyes, brow and forehead...so your movements feel organized, purposeful and therapeutic. This phase blends sculpting, drainage, pressure-point release and subtle rhythm shifts to create visible change and deep facial relaxation.

PHASE FOUR

AWAKENING + CLOSURE

You’ll learn how to bring your client out of stillness with intention by using warm towels, gentle palm rocking, neck support and slow upward sweeps that close the session with clarity instead of abruptness. This phase teaches you how to transition a client back into the room feeling refreshed, grounded and aware rather than startled or rushed.

I’m Frankie, a holistic licensed esthetician and the founder of Soma Skin + Wellness. With years of hands-on experience specializing in facial massage, plant-based skincare, and results-driven treatments, I’ve built a practice rooted in intention, technique, and touch.

My passion is helping other estheticians elevate their services through mindful, effective skincare rituals.
